Is there any reason Captain Lynn Bray shouldn’t be arrested for assault and battery like this woman was?
Let’s see Captain Lynn Bray punched me in the head knocking off my glasses. Captain Lynn Bray slammed me into a wall to show me that he was a mean cop who knows how to force a confession out of anyone. Captain Lynn Bray yanked off my hat to show me that he was in charge and could push me around at will. And while doing this Captain Lynn Bray had a gun so he could kill me if for some reason I thought that it was wrong for him to treat me like a punching bag. Will Captain Lynn Bray be arrested for assault and battery and go to jail. Of course not cops are above the law. About the only thing worse that could happen would be I could file a complaint with his boss Steve Corich, who also violated my civil rights in the same incident. In that case I would be pretty dumb thinking that a bunch of crooked cops could investigate crimes against themselves fairly. The only thing that will happen is I will sue Captain Lynn Bray and his fellow crooked cops in Federal Court for civil rights violations. I will get to jerk them around, but the system is stacked and they almost certainly will not be found guilty of anything or punished like they should be.
Woman spits in officer's face, tries to bite him, police say
Lars Jacoby A Gilbert woman was arrested shortly after midnight Saturday after she spit in an officer's face and resisted arrest while being asked to leave Banner Gateway Medical Center near Higley Road and the U.S. 60. Rachel Cochran, 38, who police said was "highly intoxicated," was asked to leave the premises by a police officer when she became belligerent and unruly. The police report said while the officer was trying to control Cochran's movements, she grabbed his wrists, which prompted the officer to place in her cuffs and Cochran spun and spit in the officer's face. Also, while the officer was placing Cochran into his police car she kicked him and tried to bite him. She was arrested for aggravated assault.
