Lynn Bray gets served!
I served the MCC cops twice. First I served them at the legal office of the Maricopa County Community District. I believe that service was legal and valid because they committed the crime as agents of Mesa Community College which is a part of the Maricopa Community College District. Second just to cover my butt I served them at the MCC Police Station. And what happened there leads me to believe that Lynn Bray is a little unstable upstairs and probably should not be working as a police officer. The server went to the Mesa Community College Police Station and asked for Steve Corich who is the Mesa Community College Police Chief or the Director of Public Safety at the Mesa Community College Police Department. Steve Corich wasn’t in so he then asked for the commander of the day shift Lieutenant Lynn Bray. Lynn Bray was there so he gave him a summons and a copy of the complaint which is a big word for the lawsuit. Lynn Bray asked him if he was an official process server. My guy should have said yes because under the Federal rules anybody over 18 is a legal process server. But he instead he said “Not professionally, I’m just helping out a friend.”, but either way Lynn Bray had been served. My server said that Lynn Bray then threw a temper tantrum and thru the lawsuit in the trash. The server then gave the woman at the desk the other lawsuits and asked what her name was so he could list it on the forms he fill out which are returned to the court. He said Lynn Bray ordered her not to give her last name. He said that Lynn Bray then took the other lawsuits and also threw them in the trash. The server told me there were four people in the police station that witnessed the odd behavior of Lynn Bray as he was being served. Based on his actions there Lynn Bray seems nuttier then a fruit cake and in my view certainly shouldn’t be allowed to carry a gun and be a cop. Lynn Bray seemed a little unstable mentally when he arrested me. First instead of just telling me I was under arrest he and the other cop physically attacked me. A normal cop would have just told me I was under arrest. All of the cops involved violated my 5th Amendment right and told me I had to answer their questions. Lynn Bray went even farther and screamed something like “This is my library! You will answer my questions! You will do what I say!” Come on what kind of wacko nut are you Lynn Bray? Just because you work for Mesa Community College as a cop doesn’t mean you own the library! I am sure you know that. But I suspect you’re a power hungry person who wants to control people and because you’re a cop you think you own the whole college. Or better said you probably think since you got a gun and a badge you can rule the whole college like a tyrant!
