ID required to enter courthouse;But it is a big stinking LIE! I don’t have ID and I get into the courthouse all the time. When I filed this lawsuit the first two times I went to the courthouse I was not asked for ID. I even asked the clerk “do they still make you show ID to get in?”She said, “not if they know you”And there is a big sign at the entrance to the courthouse that also says something like You must have a government issued photo ID to enter the courthouse.Egotistically I figured they know me. After all every time I come here they ask me for a government issued photo ID and I tell them I don’t have any ID, but I am here to file a lawsuit.And then they sheepishly tell me to go on in. And threaten me and say But next time you come here you better have some ID.I went down to the courthouse today to file a motion and I was surprised when the guard asked me for an ID. Like I always do I said I don’t have any ID, but I am here to file a motion.He gave me a mean look and grunted “OK”. He didn’t even bother to give me the usual “next time you come you better have ID”line of BS they always give me.
