City of Mesa ain’t liable for the actions of their thug police officers.

In this motion the City of Mesa says they ain’t liable for the actions of their thug police officers and ask the case to be dismissed. That’s pretty interesting the government says that us citizens are liable for our actions even if we don’t know about the law, but the City of Mesa says it is not liable for the actions of its police officers when they violate people civil rights and commit crimes.

The City of Mesa also says the cops were not properly served with the lawsuit. Which is BS.

The cops even though they are being sued as private citizens are being sued because they used the color of the law, the fact that they were police officers working for either the MCC police or the City of Mesa police to violate the plaintiff’s civil rights. So in that case the defendants were properly served because the plaintiff tried to deliver a copy of the summons to the defendants at the City Clerks office and at the Police Department but they refused to accept the summons.
