Captain Lynn Bray throws a temper tantrum

When Lynn Bray was in the library he yelled out something to the effect “This is my library! You will do what I say! You will answer my questions!” and from that I suspected he had a few screws loose upstairs.

Well and along with the fact that Lynn Bray shoved me into to wall probably to punish me for thinking I had constitutional rights also made me think Lynn Bray had a few screws loose.

And that Lynn Bray yanked off my clothing probably to assert that he was God cuz he had a badge and a gun and that I was scum because I wasn’t a cop. That also made me think Lynn Bray had a few screws loose.

And last when Lynn Bray and Turner arrested me they could have simply told me that I was under arrest, but instead they tackled me and Lynn Bray punched me in the head to knock off my glasses and probably punched me a few other times. That also made me think Lynn Bray had a few screws loose.

So with that in mind when Lynn Bray got served with the lawsuit it wasn’t unexpected to me that he would throw a temper tantrum or display odd behavior.

Captain Lynn Bray gets served

Here are the notes my process server wrote after he served Captain Lynn Bray, MCC Police Chief Steve Corich and Officer Turner of the Mesa Community College Police Department at the MCC Police Station.
At Officer Bray’s office at the MCC Police Department physically accepted the papers (service), and then reviewed them briefly, and then asked me if I was a process server.

I stated “Not professionally, I’m just helping a friend.” He then took the papers and threw them in the trash while about 4 or 5 witnesses watched.

Here is what my server said about the service on Officer Turner, who we still don’t have a first name for.
Left papers at MCC Police Department Office with a lady at the front desk. Her first name is Lee Ann; but Officer Bray told her not to reveal her last name. Then Officer Bray threw the papers in the trash.
And last but not least here is what the process server wrote on the papers he served on the MCC Police Chief Steve Corich.
Steve Corich was not available, but Officer Lynn Bray physically accepted the papers and said “I’ll take these for him.” But then he asked me if I was a process server.

I stated “Not professionally, I’m just helping a friend.” He then took the papers and threw them in the trash, while 4 to 5 witnesses watched.

Mesa cops give us the run around

On serving the police officers at the city of Mesa who were involved in this crime who are Sgt. A Spicer and J Behnke we were told by the City of Mesa Attorney Jim Fritz that the Mesa City Clerk would accept the papers. That was a lie.

My server went to the Mesa City Clerk and they refused to accept the papers for Sgt. A Spicer and J Behnke. The instead told him to go to the Mesa Police Department to serve the two cops.

It seems like the clerks at the Mesa Police Department are either psychics or liars. My server went to the Mesa Police Department and told them he was there to serve two officers with papers, but he didn’t state their names.

The person at the Mesa Police Department told him the police officers were not working. Despite the fact the server did not mention the names of the cops. The person at the Mesa Police Department must have been a psychic and knew the names of the two officers he was serving. Or more likely the person is a liar and was helping the cops hide from being sued for crimes they committed while working for the City of Mesa.

My server asked them how they knew the names of the cops with out him mentioning their names. They didn’t respond to that question.

After reading all this don’t you have a lot more respect for police officers? Probably not you probably think they are Nazi thugs who have flushed the American Constitution down the toilet, just like the Nazi thugs did in Germany.

I bet that statement makes Captain Lynn Bray angry. In the lawsuit I referred to him as being like a Nazi thug hauling a Jew off to the gas chamber. His lawyers have demanded that I remove those statements from the lawsuit. Which I have done.

My advice to all the cops in this lawsuit are that if you don’t want people referring to you as Nazi thugs don’t behave like them, advice that probably won’t be taken. Of course your cops and you got badges and guns and that makes you God and makes us scum.
