This subpoena was issued because Mesa Community College cops Lynn Bray gave up trying to force the Plaintiff to tell them his name. The called in the Mesa cops who were wimps not half as mean as Lynn Bray who gave up after asking the Plaintiff for his name and address 3 times, all three times which violated the Plaintiff’s 5th Amendment right.
