This is kind of interesting. The City of Mesa and the Maricopa Community College District are saying they are not liable for the actions or crimes committed by their employees. And you thought government was there to protect your rights! Rubbish! Government is the royal ruler and you are a serf with no rights!
The first part on the second page say: The government may not be sued under §1983 for an injury inflicted by its employees or agents.And the second part which is the key in my case and I should cite in a motion says: Instead it is the execution of a government policy or custom weather by its lawmakers or by edicts or acts that represent its official policy.So I should say that Corich and the other pigs at MCC were carrying out the official police of the MCC police and the official policy of the Mesa Police.
