MCC police violate my civil rights

The cops who violated my civil rights were Steve Corich who is the Director of the Mesa Community College Police Department, Captian Lynn Bray who is the head of the Mesa Community College Police Department day shift, a MCC police officer named Warren who we don’t have a first name for, and an unknown MCC police aide. Members of the Mesa Police Department were Sgt. Aaron Spicer and Officer Jason Behnke.

As we get more data it appears that Sgt. Aaron Spicer might not have violated my civil rights and that he was just with a group of cops who violated my civil rights.

This is the lawsuit (word format ) I filed in Federal Court against Steve Corich, Lynn Bray, and Turner who are Mesa Community College police officers and Sgt. Aaron Spicer and Jason Behnke who are police officers with the City of Mesa. These is the original version (word format) of the lawsuit and this (word format) is the 2nd version of it.

The lawsuit accuses them of false arrest, civil rights violations, illegal search or violating my 4th Amendment right, violating my 5th Amendment right by trying to force me to answer questions and of aggravated assault and armed robbery. Also they are accused of violating my 14th Amendment civil rights. But that ain’t a biggy. Any city, county or state official who violates your Federal civil rights is also guilty of violating your 14th Amendment civil right. That is because city, county and state officials didn’t have to honor your Federal civil rights until the 14th Amendment was passed.

I have made a number of requests to Steve Corich who is the Police of Chief at Mesa Community College asking for public records. He has not answered any of them. In this letter he has his lawyer tell me to stop sending him requests for public records. What a cry baby!

Any time I am a victim of police crimes I always write up a set of notes on exactly what happened to me. These are the notes I wrote down shortly after I was released by the MCC Police Department. I write down the notes so I can use them to write up the lawsuit I will file. I also used the notes so I won’t forget what happened and can use them for reference as the lawsuit goes on.

When I was arrested Lynn Bray seemed like a very violent and sadistic police officer. He attacked me when he arrested me. He also slammed me into a wall while I was under arrest. So I don’t think it was odd when he threw a temper tantrum when he was served with the papers.

Today I filed a motion asking that I be allowed to use the MCC community college campuses like any other person on the planet is allowed to do. Because I took the 5th And refused to give Lynn Bray my name he told me I would be arrested if I ever set foot on any property owned by the Maricopa Community College District.

I also issued a subpoena ordering Mesa Police Chief George Gaston to give me a bunch of data the Mesa Police Department has on the issue. Well really to you fill out the subpoena form and give it to the clerk at the Federal Count and they notarize the subpoena and then you serve the person with the form. How cool my first subpoena I ever issued!

Next I whiped up a subpoena to server on the MCC cops. I will have my guy serve Mr. Lynn Bray with the subpoena personally. If we are lucky Lynn Bray will throw another temper tantrum when he is served. Maybe I can send a couple of Copwatchers to video tape the temper tantrum. OK I got lazy and made it out to Shouan Pan who is the President of Mesa Community College instead of Lynn Bray. That way I can make one subpoena instead of a whole bunch of subpoenas to all the people involved. This is the letter I sent to Daniel R Malinski at Burch & Cracchiola, P.A. which is the legal firm representing Steve Corich and the gang at MCC.

In these two documents it looks like the Mesa cops and the MCC cops are calling me a liar. I guess that is the reason they invented the word testalying.

We don't obey Arizona's Public Records law

The City of Mesa has responded to only one of my requests for public records and they dragged their feed on that. The City of Mesa ignored all my other requests for public records.

Of course that is how government is. They are real quick to take your tax money and jail you for a victimless crime, but when it comes to taking responsibility for their actions they won’t do it.

Captain Lynn Bray seems to be a very abusive, sadistic police officer

However I will expect that hell will freeze over before Captain Lynn Bray is charged with a felony for the crimes he committed against me.

When something happens all the time a slang term usually evolves for it. In this case when sadistic cops beat up their suspect to punish them in advance, the cops call it “extra curricular activities”.

I would say “extra curricular activities” is a synonym for “Random Recreational Violence” a term coined by the Serial Shooters or Serial Killers who used the term to describe how they killed people they though were the dregs of society. The only difference between “Random Recreational Violence” and “Extra curricular activities” is Samuel Dieteman and Dale Hausner knew what they were doing was wrong, while Captain Lynn Bray, thinks “extra curricular activities” is part of his job description, and a job perk at that, and he enjoys punishing people he considers to be vermin.

Does the Captian Lynn Bray have a drug problem? He is really agressive!

This guy got charged with assault for slapping a man on the back. If this is true Captian Lynn Bray should be charged with assault for punching me in the head, slamming me up against a wall, and yanking my hat off. But no cops are special. Cops don’t ever get charged with crimes when they beat up their suspects to punish them in advance. So we know that Captian Lynn Bray won't be charged with any crimes.

This woman was charged with assault for the terrible way she treated a cop. Oddly Captian Lynn Bray treated me the same way the woman treated the cop. Will Captian Lynn Bray be charged with assault? Probably not! Cops are special! Cops don’t have to obey the law!

Captain Lynn Bray can dish out the punishment but he can’t take criticism

During my arrest Lynn Bray seemed to me like the most sadistic cop I have ever encountered.

Lynn Bray roughed me up when I was arrested. Something which wasn’t needed. They didn’t need to tackle and punch me to get me away from the computer when I was arrested. If they would have simply said “your under arrest get away from the computer” I would have moved. But instead Lynn Bray and Turner tackled and physically removed me from the computer. I think Lynn Bray punched me several times in the head and arms while doing this.

Lynn Bray also slammed me against a wall in what seemed like an attempt to punish me for thinking I have stinking constitutional rights.

In my lawsuit which is called a “complaint” in legal terms I referred to Lynn Bray as “a Nazi thug taking a Jew to the gas chamber”. I also made a reference that because he had a gun and a badge he thought that made him god and made me vermin.

Well it seems that Lynn Bray is a wimp who can’t take criticism very well. His lawyer filed a motion demanding that I remove the insults which I feel are valid from the complain.

But the lawyer didn’t once say that Lynn Bray was sorry for attacking me. I suspect Lynn Bray is one of those psychopath cops who thinks it was OK for him to attack and beat me up, while it is wrong for me to call him a jackbooted Nazi thug.

Why is the City of Mesa Police Department being sued?

Probably because they could not get me to talk!

When Captian Lynn Bray, and ??? Turner first falsely arrested me and demanded that I tell them their name I told them, nope I ain’t telling you nothing even my name. I am taking the Fifth Amendment.

I must have used the words “I’m taking the 5th” 20 to 40 times when I talked to the three thugs from the Mesa Community College Police Department who falsely arrested me.

I suspect they called the Mesa Police Department to the scene because the MCC cops figured that the Mesa City Police might have some magical technique to force me to give up my Fifth Amendment right and answer their questions.

Oddly the Mesa City police were bigger weenies then the MCC police. The one Mesa cop only asked me to answer his questions 3 or 4 times before he gave up and stopped questioning me.

But the reason the Mesa City Police are being charged with civil rights violations is because they told me I didn’t have any 5th Amendment rights and had to answer their questions.

If they had not done that I would not have included them in the lawsuit.

Captain Lynn Bray refuses to identify himself

I even suspect that there is a MCC police policy that makes it a job requirement for a police officer to identify himself when a citizen requests it.

But did the MCC police tell me their names when I requested them? No!

In fact after I asked Captain Lynn Bray to identify himself when he was releasing me from my false arrest he got very angry.

Captain Lynn Bray said because I invoked my 5th Amendment right to refuse to tell me my name that he was going to refuse to tell me who he was, and he was going to refuse to tell me the names of the other cops who arrested. From what Captain Lynn Bray told me it seemed that he thought I was a scum bag criminal because I invoked my 5th Amendment right and he wasn’t going to do anything to help me out. Yes this is coming from a cop who has just arrested me for refusing to ID myself! Now the crooked cop turns around and refuses to identify himself.

Before I was released I did ask the MCC top Steve Corich to give me the names of all the cops who arrested me. Steve Corich did give me his business card and wrote the names of two of the cops who falsely arrested me on the back of the card. They were Officer Bray and Officer Turner. Steve did not give me their last names. Nor did Steve give me the name of the MCC police aid who had been ordered to guard me so I couldn’t escape. Nor did Steve give me the names of the Mesa Police officers who had been involved in my false arrest.

Lynn Bray gets served with lawsuit

Summons for Mesa Police Officer Behnke for a lawsuit in Federal Court for civil rights violations, false arrest, and aggravated assault which occurred on Mesa Community College.

I got a gun and a badge and that means I don't need not stinking probable cause to stop you.

Cops are required to have either “probable cause” or “reasonable suspicion” before they can legally stop you in a car or legally detain you when you are traveling on foot. It is illegal and a violation of your federal civil rights if a cop stops you with out having “probable cause” or “reasonable suspicion”. But as this series of articles in the East Valley Tribune points out police officers at the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office routine flush your civil rights down the toilet and illegally stop anybody they think might be a criminal. In my own personal case I have found police officers routinely violate my civil rights. Back in the old days whenever I was stopped by a cop I would just give them a fake name because I didn’t want to be entered into their computer databases as a suspected criminal and later on accidentally be accused with a crime. I knew I had every right in the world to just refuse to give them my name when I am stopped by the police so I started doing that. This was legal at the time and still is legal most of the time now because of the Fifth Amendment which says you can’t be forced to testify against your self.

Just like the Scottsdale cops violated the rights of Tom Porras and forced him to answer questions, MCC cops Steve Corich, Lynn Bray, Warren Helm Turner and Mesa cop Jason Behnke tried to force me to answer their questions and they violated my 5th Amendment rights. Lynn Bray and Warren Turner also illegally searched me.

A subpoena for Mesa Police Chief George Gascon

Long Branch, New Jersy Police thugs falsely arrest Bob Dylan

Here police thugs in Long Branch, New Jersey falsely arrested Bob Dylan and made him prove he was not a criminal.

In the article Long Branch police thug Kristie Buble admits several times that Bob Dylan was under arrest and not free to go till he proved his identity.

She doesn't say he was "under arrest" but she did admit "Bob Dylan was not free to go" which means Bob Dylan was under arrest, ie falsely arrested.

Of course if this was a normal case, not a Bob Dylan case that jumps from the false arrest of an unknown bum to the false arrest of a world famous rock star Kristie Buble would be lying and saying that "Bob Dylan" was not under arrest but free to go at any time.

Of course Bob Dylan asked her why he was under arrest and Kristie Buble told Bob Dylan that she had to determine who he was.
